The main goal of the STABLESHIP project, approved by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, is the experimental development of a prototype to monitor, control and display – using a software designed for that effect – an operation or manoeuvre of the vessel in which its stability is controlled; including mathematical factors of the vessel, such as its draught, tilt and length, the design and geometry of its hull and parameters (tension, loads, movements) that come into play when a certain manoeuvre is performed.
