R&D proposals from consortia under the Eureka network programme.

CDTI has informed us of the opening of the international call to receive R&D proposals from consortia under the Eureka Network Programme.

The countries where the call is published are: Belgium (Flanders), France, Chile and Spain.

The theme of the projects is open within the following fields: ENERGY, WATER, FARMING, FORESTRY, POLLUTION WASTE, TRANSPORTATION, CIRCULAR ECONOMY, BUILDING CONSTRUCTION.

The call will be open until 10 APRIL 2024 and the consortia must be led by companies and be from at least TWO of the aforementioned countries. Should the participants include universities, research centres, public research organisations, they must participate as subcontractors of the companies.

Go to the website describing and detailing the call: Eureka | network-projects-belgium-chile-france-spain-2024 (eurekanetwork.org) and open ‘Applying’ to draft a proposal/idea.

The CDTI as representative and manager of the Eureka programme in Spain will support the Spanish participants with the grant instrument for R&D projects.

R&D projects | CDTI for developments ending in TRL7/ 8.

The CDTI is at your disposal if you are interested in applying.

  1. Knowledge centres – universities, research institutes, public research organisations – must be subcontracted by the companies.
  2. 2. There is a form available to search for partners and the form may be completed in Spanish if looking for partners in Chile; however, as we have commented, the basic and key international documentation (Eureka Application Form, Gantt Chart and Consortium Agreement) must be in English as it will be entered in the project database of the Eureka Programme located in Brussels (www.eureka.org).

We hope that the information is of interest and can be the start to design a new international R&D project.
